Obama is morally unfit to hold the office of President.

The Investor’s Business Daily has a summary of a despicable Obama ad.

Unable to run on his record, President Hope-and-Change has built a campaign based entirely on scurrilous lies about Mitt Romney. But the latest reaches a historic, despicable low.

That ad features a man claiming that after Bain Capital closed his steel plant, he lost his job and his insurance, and shortly thereafter his wife died of cancer.

Even it were true, trying to blame Romney for his wife’s death defies credulity. But the facts are all wrong.

Romney had left Bain to run the summer Olympics two years before Joe Soptic lost his job in 2001. And his wife had her own job and insurance at that time. She later took a disability leave and lost her coverage, and her cancer was apparently symptom-free until she checked into a hospital for pneumonia in 2006.

The ad, sponsored by an Obama “super-PAC” was too much even for the in-the-Obama-tank press. CNN’s Wolf Blitzer called it “a pretty outrageous claim,” and Sam Stein of the Obama-worshipping Huffington Post said it went “too far.”

The Obama campaign has refused to denounce the ad, which is understandable, since when you lie as often as it does, the lines of propriety start to get blurry. [Emphasis added]

It is becoming clear that Obama is not only intellectually, but also morally unfit to hold the office of President. We can expect 89 more days of lies. Obama cannot run on his record, so he is executing a campaign destroy the character if Mitt Romney, and in the process is destroying his own credibility as a leader. He is morally corrupt!

According to Drudge the campaign is claiming it’s not responsible for the ad from a superpac. This is consistent with the unofficial Obama campaign slogan, ‘it’s’s not my fault’.

Obama can’t run on his record and Romney can’t even admit his record. As an electorate we should demand more choices. I would suggest and vote for any of the following Gary Johnson, Rocky Anderson, and Jill Stein. Stein and her running mate just got arrested for protesting AIG.

Great Ben an Occupier as Pres, great thinking, I do have a knife sharpener if want to borrow it

Russ, i saw the other day that this is really Obama MO – he has never had a record to run on, even as a newbie back in Chicago when he really didn’t. They would just drudge up stuff on the the other guy and win that way, worked for State Sen. and US Sen. – then Pres, now what would expect? he has a record just he doesn’t claim it

Gary Johnson is a former Governor and probably wouldn’t consider himself an Occupy Wall St candidate. Gary Johnson had my vote until Stein came along. I lived in a neighboring state of New Mexico and had many friends who lived in the state when he was governor. I didn’t agree with everything but liked him for being straight forward while holding both the D’s and R’s accountable. Jill Stein is most definitely an OWS candidate and that is the reason why she will be getting my vote along with matching funds in many many states. In my opinion she met the small donation requirements needed for matching funds by campaigning at OWS rallies across the nation. She is a remarkable women.

If it were only Obama vs Romney, there is no question Obama. If the people were just allowed to vote without all the bs we are going to hear over the next 90 days or so Obama would win by a 10% margin. The republican party as usual is playing the electoral college game and is the only way they will ever be elected into the executive branch again.

Luckily my vote and loyalty isn’t held hostage by a hypocrite political party and I can vote my conscience. I vote candidates and their issues not party’s. In 2010 when tallied up I voted for 3 different political parties.

In years past I have been more selective, rejecting Republicans and Democrats, but this year I am voting for anyone that can beat Obama and remove him from office before he does any more damage to this county.

Face it, far right die hards, the once great and respectable political coalition known to all as the Republican Party, has degenerated from Lincoln’s hoped for guiding ethos by the “better angels of our nature,” to a cult of the selfish, with insatiable egos that must relentlessly sniff the soil and winds for traces of the blood scent signaling another creature’s turn to become the predator’s meal.

President Obama, despite fierce opposition generated by the demons lurking in shame deep in the dark recesses of frightened pysches, will declare it a beautiful, sunny day, only to have storm clouds move in, and Prophets of Hate will Rush to announce what a liar the President is, daring to mis-represent the state of environmental conditions in terms not guaranteed to receive 100% acclaim.

But people can become confused as Mr. Obama’s energy has needlessly been directed at putting out countless forest fires of such destructive magnitude, willfully set across the
globe by a cabal, nay, a Politboro of mediocre men lacking the most fundamental personal courage and totally oblivious to any sense of the sanctity of human life or knowledge that war is the final phase of diplomacy. Just as the barren balls of Tumbleweed, propelled by the windy plains of the vast void of Texas, morphed into a stampede of fattened turkey dinners, turning Dubya’s dry hole nightmare’s into an Orc infested End of Days, the master of lies was a persistant cowpoke, though a poor horseman.

The lies and deception soon began to flow like Dubya had once envisioned black rivers of West Texas crude. And the money, bundled like bales of hay, began to pile up down in the south 40 and soon a career was crafted with Daddy’s buddies money. By the time young George vacated the governorship, there must have been so many lies put to paper, that for the first time in the history of Texas–the governor Bush and the Air National Guardsman who must have been on a double secret probation mission for over a year, plotting the locations of Soviet Gulag camps serving the finest Vodka–he had all his papers sealed in his properly, IMO, respected, father’s Presidential Library. And from that brazen move, the lies only increased, draining our country of precious young lives and billions in treasure and uncountable assets of goodwill. Damage such as this is not repaired by a country united by a common purpose in a decade or two. But when the most powerful man in the GOP, announces that the priority of the opposition is to ensure Obama fails–at everything and then by three years of nothing but NO votes, NYETS, NYETS, NYETS and these same people have the nerve to call Obama a liar and his supporters like myself, a lefty, commie slime, but who in fact withdrew from UCONN and became a combat Marine in Vietnam, now 100% disabled, then you need to re-think what that statue sitting in the water across from Staten Island represents, because you’ve had your heads stuck in the whitest dirt, in the whitest county of the most beautiful state in this Union. And many of you talk like you’ve never been farther away from here than the casinos of Reno. You need to master a subject before acting the expert.

Ed, Welcome to the discussion. It is always good to get the views from both sides of the issue. From your over the top comment, one can only conclude your are running scared that the Republican are on the wining track. Please keep us informed on how your local lefty friends are responding to this challenging Republican team.

  5. Ed Peritz says:

Well, my comments were far from over the top; always helpful to remind people who started the forest fire. Frankly, I don’t know who the winner will be. For the sake of the country the founding fathers created the present day right wing must be defeated. I doubt if my kin, back then would lift a musket for the corporate oligarchs now in command. Even I, who withdrew from UCONN in 1967 to join the USMC and go fight in Vietnam and am now 100% disabled, wouldn’t do it for the that collection of phonies responsible for the Iraqi mess and so much more.

  6. You are talking about the left EdP. We are the true Americans, they are Europeans. Since you use your service as a discussion point I will toss my dad, his dad and my uncle into the mix. Also my two nephews who are serving right now. I am proud of them all. My dad served in the Pacific in WW2 as did my uncle. They defeated the very kinds of people you complain anbout here in the USA. Those people are the democrats, not the Republicans.

    • See, here is the thing….when one group of Americans begins saying another group of Americans are not Americans because they have divergent political philosophies, as Todd does here, and the Tea Party does everyday when they say they are the “real Americans” or when they imply that those that do not agree with them are not real Americans, then someone is not either reading or comprehending our founding documents, our history and our culture.

Ronald Reagan was a “real American”, and so was FDR. Tom Hayden wasa real American and so was Lee Atwater. Norman Rockwell was a “real American” and so was Robert Mapplethorpe.

The measure of an American is not found on the screen of a full body scanner at the airport, as Todd is fond of extolling.

I believe that Americans strive to make tommorrow better, to provide opportunity for future generations, to sacrifice for future good, to improve our society so we can continue to be a beacon of freedom, justice, and opportunity. Americans combine individual achievemnt and community cooperation….it is, as Alexis de Toqueville said, what makes us unique. Anyone who thinks that only those that agree with them qualify is an idiot. A “real American” idiot.

      • Todd Juvinall says:

What a hoot! Frisch s trying to tell us what a real American is. And it appears he is still jealous of the ladies swooning when I went through the full bfy scanner at the airport. They had me do it twice!

  7. Ed Peritz says:

Todd, you make no sense. Your nephews are not you and I know your father served off Okinawa for that lengthy battle. But it was the Marines on the ground that fought the Japanese soldiers hand-to-hand, defeating the men of Bushido who are the real heros of Okinawa. So I’m a leftie Todd. Guess that makes you a fascist, Brown Shirt, thug, ready to burn a heretic for an ill spoken word. You people have short memories; I remind you of your culpability. You have nothing relevant or of interest to say, and certainly can’t match knowledge or wits with me. So go fire up the bull dozer and push some dirt around. And my kin have been fighting in wars since colonial days of the 1630’s.

    • Todd Juvinall says:

Sorry EdP, the navy lost over 5,000 men at Okinawa. You are just a sad sack. Besides, you libs call everyone who is not a commie a fascist. Can’t you people do any better than that?

Also, since you claim you and your kin have been fighting wars since the 1630’s wouldn’t that make you all war mongers? Try to get a grip for goodness sakes.
